Is it that we see dairy products such as milk, butter, spreads, eggs and cheese as everyday commodities and we overlook the food chain to get it to the supermarket shelves? Or is it that it is a traditional farming heritage we take it for granted, or is it that celebrity Chefs don't talk about these foods as "trendy" ingredients.
